    Decent place to live, location was great. Quality of apartment for the amount you pay in rent is poor! These apartments lack insulation and windows allow lots of outside air in, so be prepared for your heating and cooling bill. Jeff in the office was wonderful, always polite and helpful. Kelli in the office always seemed to have an attitude everytime you had a question or a maintence request. She was not pleasant to deal with. Maintence response time was decent but they seem to just do quick fixes and quality was not the goal. The neighbors were nice and quite. Overall it's an average apartment. Quality lacks for the price you pay in rent.

    The homes are decent, but management takes at least a month to resolve any issue reported. I had to wait a month for them to replace both a faulty deadbolt and a closet shelving unit. Thanks for thinking about your client! #sarcasm

    Joe and his team are extremely service oriented. Joe reviewed my coverage and made perfect recommendations for my family and our current life situations. His prices are extremely competitive yet give me better coverage than I had previously with another company. He's always prompt in answering my questions and genuinely concerned about the welfare of my families insurance needs. I always recommend him to friends, co-workers and family. On another note I would never have guessed that State Farm did mortgages. Joe handled a new mortgage for us this summer and we got the best interest rate and closing costs I could find with excellent service and expediting of our mortgage. Really great experience! Very thankful I gave them our business.
